I received the discovery duo at the end of January 2023 and it expires in March 2023. I know that these are only the small tester pots but I would still expect a longer expiry date than this. Even if I like the CBD oil, I’m unlikely to buy a larger bottle as I would be concerned that this would also only have a very short expiry date.

I've ordered from here for quite a while and the products are really good. Unfortunately, lately the despatch times have been really bad. My most recent order has not even been processed for a week. Along with the RM strikes, this means my orders have taken a while. I know from Instagram that this company uses celebs & influencers to promote their products - I'm sure they don't have to wait a week to get their orders processed. This company's products do work for me but unless I'm prepared to wait for ages for my orders, I suppose I'll have to look elsewhere

Have ordered quite a few times before with no issues, but this time it has taken two weeks for my order to be dispatched - it only seemed to get dispatched at that point because I emailed to chase it up. I was told I would be emailed a tracking number within 24 hours, and 48 hours later I had not so had to contact them again. I have still not recieved my product that I ordered on the 29th November and with the Royal Mail strikes it now seems unlikely I will get it before Christmas.

I can’t seem to order now every payment option I use is blocked for some reason. They take ages to
Reply to email. So I’ve given up. I’ve found better elsewhere and a lot cheaper too. Maybe if I was a z list celeb my account would of been ok using all the voucher codes that are online. Guess not.

Claim to dispatch 3-5 days. 5 days pass. Tracking number provided 48hr delivery. Parcel not received by Royal Mail. 7 days & money straight out of bank but no goods. I will be reporting as fraud.

I queried the expiry dates before I ordered the capsules (Total & Immune) as I’ve previously used up my expired capsules. When the bottles arrived, I can see they have just put new expiry stickers over the old dates on the bottle. So I have spent £40 on 3 expired bottles from Sep 22 (i was told they expired in Feb 2023). I will never use this company again.

I rarely write reviews but I’ve been so impressed at how quickly this oil has helped me. I bought the starter pack a week ago and as soon as I started the drops I immediately felt more relaxed. That night I had the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. I suffer from bad bouts of anxiety and this has really made a difference. I just generally feel so much better. I am looking forward to trying out other products.

Fast delivery Unfortunately the products had an expiry of 1 month,useless as I had ordered a 4 month course.When I emailed I was told to return for a refund,but I would have to pay the postage ! Disgusting customer service on a product that is useless to me.I won't be using this company again.

I know cbd works differently for different people, but for me this is in no way worth the money. The bottles are so small- I started using mine 3 weeks ago and it’s already nearly finished. Hasn’t improved my sleep, and mentally I’m exactly the same. I know there are other brands online that seem of higher quality, so I will try that next. This brand seems to have had better PR- Instagram, podcasts etc, but this is a good lesson in not always buying the ‘cool’ version, and doing a bit more research. Hope this helps anyone who’s unsure.

Excited to start my CBD experience with the discovery duo, particularly liked the idea of the 7 day tracker seen as I haven’t taken CBD before but unfortunately my order didn’t arrive with this and the box has been badly damaged.

They also have an expiry date of next month so I hope full size bottles (should I decide to order more) don’t have the same short date on them

I have been taking the 2% oil before bed for nearly 3 weeks and am definitely seeing an improvement in my sleep. On the whole I have been sleeping all night, rather than waking and not being able to get to sleep. I take the 5% at the weekends as I don't have to get up as early! The taste isn't great but I wash it down with a sip of water. I also think my mood has improved. Would recommend, especially with the discount codes.

I have for as long as I can remember, had trouble sleeping. My head just keeps working, and come morning, when I’m expected to do my daily tasks, I can’t.
I have been taking CB11, for nearly a week, and it has been making a great difference. I now go to sleep, and stay asleep. If my husband wakes me in the morning, I go back to sleep. As before once awake, I couldn’t get back to sleep,

I was lucky enough to win a range of CBII in a competition and I haven’t looked back. I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain and I find the balm very helpful for my back pain. I also find the oil useful for anxiety and sleeplessness. I now have a subscription so that I don’t run out!
I would also like to commend the beautiful packaging…it shows a lot about your company.

Great service, and after only a week I am noticing a difference in my mood and anxiety levels. I fully expect to be a regular customer now and I would absolutely recommend to friends and family. I have used another brands (more expensive) cbd oil in the past and I’ve seen an improvement over the oil which is great especially as with these capsules I don’t have to deal with the taste!

Brilliant product, excellent customer service.
I have tried a few CBD oils and this is by far the best. I've set up a subscription because it is that effective I wouldn't want to run out. I'm using it to both help me sleep and to reduce my anxiety while going through a very difficult - the worst - time in my life (bereavement). I cannot recommend this product and company enough.
I use the oil, the capsules and the balm to ease aches and pains (which it does).
